ON behalf of Cowdenbeath Environment Group I would like to congratulate Kassy's Kitchen on winning their award of the Best Cafe in Central Scotland.
Great news for Jim Paterson and his staff but even more so for the town.
As chair of Cowdenbeath Environmental Group I feel receiving awards such as this has to be good for our town. Long may it continue.
