I'VE heard of papering over the cracks before, but papering over the bollards is a new first.
This will not distract from the fact that Cowdenbeath's High Street is, sadly, like many towns, becoming decimated, with RS McColls and the RBS becoming the latest casualties.
To add insult to injury, what Councillor Darren Watt correctly described as "a ridiculous and pointless gimmick" wasn't even carried out by artists from the local area, they were drafted in from a Glasgow based studio!!!
