THE wanton damage caused at Wallsgreen Park is totally wrong.
The improvements at the park have been substantial in every way, especially the new astroturf football pitch.
This was put in a significant cost and hosted the Willie Maley school football tournament which showed how good a facility it is.
The Cardenden Environment Group have every right to be unhappy at the damage caused to the playpark they managed to upgrade for small kids.
The damage is really mindless but hopefully these volunteers will keep on working away for there is no way these wreckers should be allowed to get away with it.
