I WOULD be interested to hear how Conservative candidate, Dave Dempsey, feels about the ‘rape clause’ for tax credits claimants.
Does he think that this despicable policy is in the best interests of his constituents? And how does he feel about the heinous cuts to disability benefits, and the impact of benefit sanctions?
Perhaps he’d like to tell us how he feels about lengthy transitional arrangements between benefits, and the many people in Kirkcaldy and Cowdenbeath having to rely on foodbanks to bridge the gap.
I’m sure he won’t speak out against any of these points, since it is the actions of the Tory Government in Westminster that are responsible.
