WHILE appreciative of the fact that there are fast drivers now on Foulford Road, it is almost as busy as Cowdenbeath High Street, endangering the lives of school pupils (mentioned in a letter in the Times), I have to put the contrary argument.
There are certain school pupils that are now jeopardising careful drivers on Foulford Road between 11.15 and 11.30am at the local chuck shops opposite Beath High School, by either crossing the road precipitately in front of cars or throwing debris such as empty cans or bottles at one another as vehicles pass.
It seems only a matter of time before an accident happens.
Cannot some school administrator intercede to monitor this situation before the inevitable occurs or is it a matter that no one seems to care any more.
CONCERNED,
Cowdenbeath.
