I LIVE in Cowdenbeath and I am sick of the dog owners that don't clean up after their animals.

Something needs to be done about as its disgusting, you can't even go on the grass in the couple of park land areas in the town as you don't know if you are going too stand in it. Its on the pavement, the lot.

And the volunteers try to go in for best town... well the fouling does not help that at all.

I thought you got a fine for it now? Its shocking when STUPID people let their dog do the toilet outside your gate... something has too be done about it.
