I CANNOT see how Beath High School could be included in the problems which affected the PFI built schools in Edinburgh.
Yes Beath was a PFI scheme but it has been a facility which in its relatively short life has done little but be an impressive building.
It was quite a project with the old school operating on its original site while the new school was constructed in the playing fields.
It is a credit to the town of Cowdenbeath and something which the schoolchildren find a confortable place in which to learn.
BEATH FAN,
Cowdenbeath.
