TONIGHT (Wednesday) will see the meeting take place to discuss the various issues surrounding flaring at Mossmorran.
It is sure to be a meeting that will see some heated moments as there are a number of people that are really worried about the flaring issue.
With MSPs and MPs set to be there it is clearly a very important meeting and hopefully there will be Exxon/Mobil representatives there to explain what the problems have been that have caused the recent flaring incidents.
The fact that all sorts of moves are being made to ensure that every aspect of the air quality around the Mossmorran complex is being fully examined will guarantee that a firm track is kept on the position.
The important thing is assurances on all aspect of safety as regards flaring and if that is achieved then that can go some way to helping alleviate some of the concerns.
It is important that people turn out for the meeting and a full house would emphasise the importance of the circumstances.
So if you are concerned at all about the situation get along to the meeting at 7pm at Lochgelly Town Hall.
