COWDENBEATH hbave added a defender to their squad this week with the signing of former Hamilton Accies player Aldin El-Zubaidi.
The 20 year-old was on loan at Arbroath last season and the Iraqi born is comfortable in different roles in the defence.
The Cowdenbeath FC under-20 development side will be in action in a friendly match tonight (Tuesday).
The team is taking on Burntisland Shipyard AFC with a 6.45pm start at the Recreation Park, Burntisland.
It will give new coach Craig Winter a chance to work on a few things before the start of the league programme next week.
