FIFE Housing Group invites tenants and residents from Lochgelly, Lumphinnans and Lochore to its Community Café.

The event, which will be held in St Serf’s Church, Main Street, Lochgelly, on Wednesday 26th August, is your chance to grab a free cup of coffee, a cake and have a chat with colleagues from Fife Housing Group and other organisations.

There will be a play area for children and a raffle.

There will also be a host of information on everything from the millions the FHG invest annually in repairs and maintenance to the Factoring Service, the new website, opportunities for tenants to get involved and how FHG are working to improve the environment.

Representatives will also be on hand from a number of partner agencies including Police Scotland, the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service, Fife’s Community Safety Partnership and Fife Community Mediation Service.

Director of Housing, Su Bramley said, “We know from our tenants that they want more opportunities to meet with us, advice on how to resolve problems and more information on how we are working to improve our services in their area.

“Our Community Cafes are a really good opportunity to do that in your own community – with the added benefit of a free cake and cup of tea or coffee.” “We hope everyone will join us for what promises to be a really good, enjoyable event.” The Community Café runs from 3.30pm to 7pm.
