SUPER Heroes were at large in Lochgelly last Saturday as part of the special fun day held by the Spirit of Lochgelly community group.
Batman, Spiderman, Iron Man and Captain America were at Lochgelly Town Hall on the Saturday afternoon when 140 youngsters ranging in ages from one to 10 had a great time. All the super heroes were delighted to have fun with the kids and when the bouncy castle and face painting by Karen and Kerry Ann Queen were taken into consideration ‘entertainment’ was the name of the game.
The Spirit of Lochgelly’s Karen Yeoman said, “The Super Hero guys were brilliant and really interacted with the kids. Having fun was the name of the game and the youngsters had a whale of a time.” The next SOL event is an at home fundraiser at the Minto Lounge on 30th July and then on 2nd October Joe’s Band will be the entertainers at a night in Torleys.
