SCOTTISH Fire and Rescue Service attended a road traffic collision on the A92 morning.
Operations Control Thornton received a call just before 7am to the collision which involved a bus and two cars on the A92 Eastbound between Lochgelly and Kirkcaldy.
Crews were mobilised from Kirkcaldy and Lochgelly fire stations to the scene and firefighters safely removed one male casualty trapped in one of the cars.
He was passed into the care of the Scottish Ambulance Service and taken to Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy for treatment.
