LOCHGELLY Community Council is seeking nominations for their Citizen and Young Citizen of the year awards.
Stevie Murray, chair of the Council explained, “These awards recognise the valuble contribution the people make in our town.
"There are many fantastic activities organised and undertaken by townsfolk which benefit not only people who live locally but have an impact outside the towns boundaries.
"A lot of these activities are done voluntarily, individually or can be part of a group. Lochgelly people will know of someone who deserves to be recognised”. Nominations should be sent to Stevie Murray at 47 Small Street, Lochgelly, or passed on to a current Community Councillor by Wednesday 13th November when the Council meets.
