LOCHGELLY Gala Bag tickets are now on sale at a number of outlets in the town for the big day on Sunday 24th August.
The tickets are £1 each and can be bought at Special Occasions, the MENS Clothes Shop, Minto Lounge, Doreen’s Corner Shop, Lodge Minto 385, Kooners Newsagents, The Old Ship Inn and the West End Bar.
The Lochgelly Gala Committee is still looking for more volunteers to help out on the day with stewarding the parade.
Said the committee’s Eileen McKenna, “We have a few people who have pledged their support but we still need more, to ensure that everything goes smoothly.” If you want to help in any way go along to the gala committee meeting at the Ore Valley Business Centre, on Monday 28th July at 6pm or pop into the Community Shop on Bank Street.
