Police have seized a haul of heroin, diazepam and amphetamine from two houses in Lochgelly.
Officers netted the drugs, worth £500, during two separate operations this week.
Three women aged 29, 27 and 24 and a 29-year-old man are due to appear at Dunfermline Sheriff Court in connection with the haul.
Sergeant Derek Paxton said community officers are committed to disrupting the supply of drugs.
'These successful drugs operations are the latest in a series recently undertaken in the Cowdenbeath policing area. I believe this is having a significant impact on the individuals involved, whether they are dealers or users of illegal substances,' he said.
'Information from the public remains vital in allowing us to successfully target the problem in our communities and I urge anyone with that information to pass it on so that we can act on it.'
