Sean Stark accused committed for trial

The man charged with murdering Sean Stark has been committed for trial.

A hearing took place at Dunfermline Sheriff Court this morning, a day later than planned.

The 21-year-old, of Ballingry, has been remanded in custody.

"He will be served with an indictment in due course," said a source at the fiscal's office in Dunfermline.

No further court dates have been scheduled as yet.

Sean Stark was murdered outside his home in Main Street, Lochgelly, on 31st May.
