THIS week's Down Memory Lane photographs have been supplied by Lochgelly businessman Alan Graham from his big collection of historical pics.
These show a scene which has two famous old Lochgelly businesses in it, Duffy's the clothiers and Macari's, from the days when the tram cars rolled along Main Street and Bank Street; and one from Cartmore Farm shows a scene on a big civic day, possibly in the 1940s, when the horses and carts were being made to look that little bit extra special.
A Co-op gala from the 1960s is also depicted and more up to date, the Co-op Store, in Bank Street under renovation possibly in the 1980s.
If you have any old photographs you would like to see in Down Memory Lane send these to editorial@centralfifetimes.co.uk or take them to the Times Office, 17 Bank Street, Lochgelly, on a Monday or a Friday.
