THE cast of Fame take the stage for their show at Lochgelly Centre tonight (Wednesday).

Lochgelly Youth’s cast had three rehearsals last week to make up for time lost to the snowy weather and director, Liam Nardone, is confident that the cast can put on an even better show than last year’s Hairspray.

The show goes on a three night run at Lochgelly Centre on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, March 28 to 30.

Hairspray attracted two full houses last September and that made the young company to go for a three night run this time and already the Friday night is approaching a sell out.

Said the Lochgelly High School, pupil who has really taken to the director’s role: “It was a bit of a blow to have the snow ruin our plans a couple of weeks ago but doing three last week has ensured that we are all ready for the curtain call."
