USERS of the Times Facebook page has made new year for an exile.
Jamie MacDonald is coming up to stay with his sister and brother-in-law over the holiday and thought is could be a chance to catch up with someone he helped forty three years ago.
But he did not know if the person was still in Lochgelly and he posted on our Facebook notices: "Is William Wilson still alive?
"I helped him as a boy in 1974 when I lived in Lochgelly. I would just would like to know as I will be coming up next week to spend new year with my sister and brother-in-law in Dalgety Bay."
We put a special post on our Page and it did not take long for people to come up with what Jamie needed.
Mr Wilson is the farmer at Westerton Farm, south of Watters Crescent, and Jamie thanked everyone whose help allowed him to find him.
