WHAT'S cooking at Lochgelly High?
Well it is congratulations to Erin Cuthbert who won the Fife Future Chef finals!
Erin had to plan, cost and prepare a two course meal for two people, in line with National dietary advice.
Erin will now work one-to-one with chef David Kinnes, from Rufflets Hotel, St Andrews, to prepare for representing Fife in the Regional Finals in Scotland, in February. What an achievement for Erin!
