ONLY one year to the day she entered her first novice competition, Lochgelly woman Lisa Livingstone lifted the title of Scotland's Strongest Woman 2017.
Lisa, who is 37, won at the Hostile Strength and Conditioning Event organised by Martin Lennox, in Glasgow.
Over the past year Lisa has been developing her technique and has become a formidable opponent for Scotland's strongest women.
She was delighted with the way she performed at the Glasgow event and put it down to the training she gets at Stephen Cherrie's Apex Strength and Conditioning Gym in Kirkcaldy.
Lisa, who currently stays in Dunfermline, is now ready to go on to represent Scotland at the British Championships later in the year.
