TIBAL (Together in Benarty and Lochgelly) is an organisation that seeks to benefit the people of Lochgelly and Benarty with its Elderly Befriending Project.
TIBAL seeks to improve the lives of people in the community by providing services to the elderly and their carers through innovative and dynamic solutions.
