STAFF and pupils at Lochgelly's Noah's Ark Nursery were delighted to present little Ava Stark with a cheque for £1400.
Three year-old Ava has been recovering well since her stem cell transplant to right an unusual condition which took place before Christmas.
The little pupil of Noah's Ark, in Auchterderran Road, has been given the support of the nursery throughout her search for a stem cell donor and fundraising has been ongoing.
When Ava and her mum popped in to the nursery everyone was delighted to see how well she is recovering from the transplant.
Said Noah's Ark's Karen Robertson: "Staff were happy to see Ava looking so well and chatting to them all, just like old times!
"Ava is looking forward to spending her money and will keep in touch with the nursery to let us know what she has used the money for!"
