A KELTY man has appeared in court for grabbing a teenage boy by the throat, choking him and threatening to kill him.
In the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court was Kevin Clark, 31, of Union Street.
He admitted that on September 1, at Centre Street, Kelty, he assaulted a 13-year-old boy by seizing him by the throat, compressing his throat, restricting his breathing to his injury and he threatened to kill him.
Sheriff Pino Di Emidio called for reports and Clark will be sentenced on February 14.
