A NEW Co-op store is set to open in Kelty later this year after the company announced a substantial investment across Scotland.
The company announced it would open 18 new stores across the country while it would also upgrade a further 20.
It is expected that the new premises will be up and running in the Autumn after a six-figure investment.
The Co-op's expanded and upgraded estate will see the community retailer focus on offering the “ultimate” convenience store experience – with a wide range of fresh, healthy foods, meal ideas and essentials available, alongside increased ranges of own-brand and locally-sourced produce.
