TWO men were seen leaving in a van after breaking into a house in Kelty.
Police are now appealing for witnesses to the incident that happened in Drumnagoil Gardens around 4.23pm on Monday, July 31.
The men were spotted driving away in a red Ford Transit Van.
The first suspect is described as being in his mid-20’s, short and of medium-build with dark hair.
He was wearing black jogging bottoms, a black beanie-style hat, white trainers and a light-coloured hooded top.
The second suspect is middle-aged, around 6 feet tall, slim-built with thinning dark hair.
He was wearing an oversized dark-coloured jacket, dirty blue jeans and boots.
Detective Constable Gillian McEwan of Dunfermline CID said: “We are keen to hear from anyone who was in the area on Monday and who saw anything suspicious.
“Anyone with information can contact us on 101 or via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 quoting incident no 3093 of the 31s July.”
