THE awful state of a repair to a Kelty road has seen car drivers unhappy at the effect it is having on their vehicles.
One of furious residents of Seafar Drive is Alex Campbell who took time off his election bid to be re-elected to Cowdenbeath Area Committee to highlight the problem.
He said: "Several motorists from the Drive have found their cars taking severe dunts from this re-instatement which has simply collapsed.
"This road was relayed last year and was an excellent surface, but some maintenance was carried out and the re-instatement has bit by bit collapsed and is a hazard to drivers.
"To be honest this is simply an example of what happens too often when utilities and other groups dig roads up to carry out maintenance and the re-instatement is too often simply not good enough."
Mr Campbell added that general rubbish had been left lying on the roadside also which did nothing for the ambience of the vicinity.
