A CHEQUE for £806 was raised for Marie Curie nurses at a fundraising event at the Masonic Lodge in Kelty.
The charity helps people living with a terminal illness and their families make the most of the time they have together by delivering expert hands-on-care, emotional support, research and guidance.
Last year, Marie Curie provided nursing care for 318 people living with a terminal illness in Fife.
The fundraising event saw Magazine Bend providing the entertainment with food from butcher Jim Halkett.
Jennifer Gale, Marie Curie community fundraiser for Fife, said: "It was a pleasure to be able to accept this cheque for Marie Curie and I would like to thank everyone involved in making it such a successful event and raising such a great amount for Marie Curie nurses."
