THIS week's Down Memory Lane pictures come from two sources.

Lochgelly man Andrew Greenhorn came across a couple taken at the Jenny Gray Colliery in 1959.

The other two come from Crossgates Community Council's 2003 calendar.

Andrew's pictures show a group after shift at the Jenny Gray in 1959. The front row shows Bill Bishop, ? Lamond, Bobby Walker and James Deas. Second row Andrew Greenhorn, Jock Bain and Jock Lee, gaffer Mr Archibald, Neil McPherson. Back row, John Burke, Frank Hurles, Eddie McGurk and Mr Jackson.

Andrew's other picture shows men on the last shift at the Jenny Gray before it closed. Left to right Andrew Greenhorn, Eddie McGurk, James Deas and Ralph McLeod.

The Crossgates Calendar pictures show the junction with Droverhall Avenue in 1926 and the new village school building in 1927.
