FORMER retail space on Cowdenbeath High Street is to become flats, if a planning application is accepted by Fife Council.
R V Properties have asked for consent to change the use of the first and second floor of the retail storage area at 435 High Street to three flatted dwellings.
The plans also include the erection of a rear porch plus the installation of replacement windows.
