THE woman who runs care facilities in Cowdenbeath has been named as Manager of the Year.
Mandy Ross, Care Home Manager for Abbotsford Cowdenbeath’s facility, off High Street, was the recipient of the organisation’s Manager of the Year Award 2014 at their recent STAR AWARDS evening.
Mandy has had a busy year taking over as the manager for the three facilities in Cowdenbeath and has, with the support of senior manager, Margaret Bridgeford and the whole Cowdenbeath team, helped raise the grades at recent inspection visits.
Mandy is seen with Margaret, and Director Karen McKechnie, receiving her award and vowing to keep working towards increasing the inspection grades further for the benefit of the residents.
