TRULLY Scrumptious has been already rewarded for winning the Times’ Pet idol competition.
The young cat is now using the new cat run in the back garden of the Weir family in Rae Street.
Harrison Weir, who entered her, said, “We received a lot of support from friends and Scrumptious deserved her new cat run for her win.
“We were delighted with the way things worked out although we knew that it was a close run thing.” Harrison is pictured with Trully Scrumptious and the £300 Pet Idol 2014 prize cheque. The cat managed to overcome the challenge of 50 other pets and in the closing two weeks of the final round the lead changed hands several times.
