A CHANGE in timings of the No 19 Dunfermline to Ballingry bus has posed problems for some people in Hill of Beath.
Local councillor Gary Guichan has taken up the case of a worker who have found themselves either arriving too late at their work or much too early.
Councillor Guichan said: "I contacted Stagecoach on Thursday asking them to review their timetable or procedures concerning services through Hill of Beath.
"I have been approached by a resident, who works in Asda, and is now struggling to get to their work at a reasonable time.
"They start at 8am. The No 19 now goes through the village at 6.55, getting them to work far to early, then 7.53 which makes them late for work.
"On contacting Stagecoach themselves they were advised to use the No 33, which comes between the two No 19's but they buy a No 19 weekly ticket which currently can't be used on the No 33.
I have asked Stagecoach to review their timings early in the morning, or allow weekly tickets to be used on any bus on the route".
