A COWDENBEATH street has been swamped with snow and residents fear it may be weeks before they get any normality about their lives.
The fierce winds that brought the heavy snow showers has whipped the drifts up and cars are under four fee of the white stuff.
Said Graeme Ward: "Park Road, in Cowdenbeath is in need of help from a JCB digger!
"For around 150 metres, both lanes of Park Road are buried under four FEET HIGH of solid snow.
"Cars are buried to near the roofs, in fact when standing in the middle of the road your ankles are inline with the roof of some cars".
Added Graeme: "The community have been injured trying to clear it which it is impossible.
"No plough will manage this job due to the depth and it being solid. If it is does not get cleared the four feet snow will turn to ice and we will be blocked in for weeks".
