AN application to turn the burned out shell of the former Crown Hotel, on Cowdenbeath High Street into a restaurant and homes has been lodged with Fife Council.
Ayaz Khan lodged the application to change of use of the site from hotel (class
7) to retail (class 1), restaurant
(class 3), with one flatted dwelling and HMO (11 persons) at The Crown Hotel
6 High Street, Cowdenbeath.
The site has been derelict for the best part of eight years.
