PUDSEY Bear came to visit Rascals Nursery, in Cowdenbeath, on Friday morning as the big UK wide fundraiser got into full swing.
Staff and children at the Hill Street nursery got dressed up to help raise money for the Children in Need 2017 and played their part in a record day for the appeal.
June Miller, of Rascals, said that Pudsey's arrival made the children desperate to play their part in raising money for the appeal which does so much to help children all over the UK.
Indeed, the fact that Children in Need still is very much a public favourite was underlined by the £50m total being broken for the first time in a record breaking day and night.
The BBC 1 five hour evening show saw celebrities and community groups play their part in achieving the magnificent record total and the Cowdenbeath children at Rascals made a strong contribution.
