STAGECOACH has appointed two new members to their East Scotland marketing team and one of them will be working with the Rennies team based at the Cowdenbeath garage in Broad Street.

Yvonne Hannah, who has more than 17 years’ experience in the industry, took up her new post of Sales and Marketing Executive in July.

Yvonne will take on responsibility for marketing and sales development for Rennies, which has a fleet of over 50 coaches and runs over 31 group tours across the UK each year.

Yvonne started her career in Dundee working for MediaCo, a search engine optimisation company where she created copy designed to boost the online presence for a range of clients.

Yvonne then moved to Fife where she took up the position of Corporate Sales and Marketing Executive for the commercial arm of Fife College. There she was responsible for sales development and marketing planning for their executive training course portfolio. Yvonne has also worked in recruitment business development and marketing positions in the IT, Oil & Gas and veterinary industry.

Amy Witherspoon will be joining the Stagecoach marketing team, based in the company's Dunfermline head office. Amy will be supporting in the development of marketing campaigns across the area in her role of Marketing Assistant.

Yvonne Hannah commented on her appointment: "I am delighted to join the team at Stagecoach East Scotland, and look forward to further developing and strengthening the Rennie's brand alongside the team in Cowdenbeath."

The Rennie's operation has given new life to the Cowdenbeath Bus Garage in Broad Street, where many of their coaches are based.
