A Cowdenbeath man could be facing a jail sentence after being found in a vehicle in the town with intent to commit a theft.
Scott Wilson, 44, of Arthur Place, Cowdenbeath, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on 27th September he was found in a vehicle in Marshall Street, Cowdenbeath, without lawful authority to be there and in the circumstances it could be reasonably inferred that he intended to commit theft there.
The court heard Wilson was on a drug treatment and testing order at the time of the offence.
Sheriff Charles MacNair warned Wilson he could be facing a jail sentence.
He called for reports and Wilson will be sentenced on 2nd August.
