THE latest leg of the SPFL Trust's Trusted Trophy tour visited Cowdenbeath on Monday night.

The visit focused on the fantastic Fan's In Training programme that Cowden have been running for both gents and ladies.

Indeed, the next ladies' session will begin in April.

Nicky Reid, general manager of the SPFL Trust said: "It was fantastic to visit Central Park and see all the great work going on at Cowdenbeath and great to see first team stars Cammy Muirhead and Craig Johnston playing their part.

"The Trust firmly believes that we can help our clubs link in with one million people target over the next five years."

At Cowdenbeath FC community programmes include the Football Fans In Training Health and Fitness Programme; the Schools Community Programme providing pre lunch and after school coaching sessions; and the Schools Literacy Group which provides support and assistance to primary schools.

Cowden's director for youth and community, Tom Ewing, said: "Cowdenbeath is a community club and we are delighted to have had the Trusted Trophy visit to Central Park to showcase the good work done by our community coaches."

All the SPFL trophies were available to be seen at Central Park on Monday night
