A COWDENBEATH woman caused £400 of damage by smashing a window with a rock in a neighbourhood dispute.
Dawn Walls, 46, of Primmer Place, admitted that on August 12 last year at Braemount, Cowdenbeath, she wilfully or recklessly destroyed or damaged property belonging to another person by throwing a rock at a window, causing it to break.
Depute fiscal Azrah Yousaf told Dunfermline Sheriff Court: “This was a neighbour dispute. It’s been a long-running issue.
"They simply don’t get on with each other.”
Sheriff Kevin Veal called for reports and Walls will be sentenced on April 26.
