S2 pupils at Beath High School have been taking on board the issue of homelessness.
The youngsters from the Cowdenbeath school had a visit from a homeless officer who went to the school in to talk about what it means to be homeless and the process those who are homeless go though.
The pupils had a very interesting session with Trevor Farley, understanding the paperwork involved, the interviews that homeless people would have to go through and just what it means to be homeless.
They also got rid of some of the stereotypes in their minds of homeless people which gave them a big shock!
At the end, the pupils handed over boxes of gifts that they had made for the homeless units for Mr Farley to take away and distribute.
