Dunfermline Sheriff Court
A COWDENBEATH man has appeared in court accused of breaking into a high street store and stealing a large amount of goods.
Richard Lowe, 46, of Broad Street, appeared on petition at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
It is alleged that on January 21, he broke into the Semichem shop on High Street, Cowdenbeath, and stole a large quantity of cigarettes and fragances.
It is also alleged that on January 26 at his home, he assaulted his partner and robbed her of a bag and its contents.
He made no plea, was committed for further examination and bail was refused.
