CARDENDEN Primary School pupils were treated to music of a different style.
Last Friday the whole school and nursery enjoyed a fabulous music concert.
Organised by Ruth Craib, Music Department, Education; Stewart and Chris, from “Travelling By Tuba,” gave entertaining performances!
Pupils were asked to close their eyes to help imagine some images their music created and were taken on an auditory tour of the world!
Boys and girls were helped to have a go at playing the Alpine Horn and other unusual instruments. As well as being informative the children and adults found it entertaining and enjoyable.
Susan Harper, headteacher, said, “The school is fortunate to benefit from an active Council Music department where pupils are given experiences to show music as an enjoyable activity in which every child can participate.”
