A COWDENBEATH man, who has made a major impact in politics at both Westminster and Holyrood, is one of three speakers, who will be at an event being held by the Yes Cardenden group next week.
Denis Canavan made a strong impression as MP and then MSP for the Falkirk area and is chairman of Yes Scotland in the Referendum campaign. Also speaking will be Shirley-Ann Somerville, depute chief executive of the SNP; and Alex Bell, chairman of Labour for Independence.
The meeting takes place at the Bowhill Centre at 7pm on Wednesday 30th and one of the organisers, Councillor Ian Chisholm said, “Its a cross party panel and we want undecided and of course No voters to come along”.
