A HAMLET on the outskirts of Cardenden was cut off for three days due to snow drifts.
The eight residents of Coalden Cluny saw feet of snow stopping them use their usual road to Cardenden and Kirkcaldy.
However, up stepped Zander Hughes, the Cardenden super tractorman.
His efforts and his tractor tackled the the tonnage of snow and he managed to free the people from Coalden Cluny.
He managed to clear the road into Coalden Cluny and the residents were re-united with the outside world!
