Dunfermline Sheriff Court
A MAN has appeared in court accused of deliberately setting a fire in a house in Cardenden.
Zak Paterson, 27, of Carden Castle Park, Cardenden, appeared on petition at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
It is alleged that on January 29, at a house in Cardenden Road, Cardenden, he wilfully set fire to a sofa and duvet cover, causing damage to the property.
Paterson made no plea, was committed for further examination and remanded in custody.
