A CARDENDEN man caused damage at his mother’s home, including smashing a window and her TV set.
Zak Paterson, 26, appeared from custody at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that at his then home in Cardenden Road, he behaved in a threatening or abusive manner by shouting, swearing, pushing furniture over and smashing a window and a television.
Sheriff Chris Shead commented: “His mother is the victim here. He’s got quite a bad record, including custody, quite recently.”
The court was told Paterson would now be living at his sister’s home in the same street.
Sheriff Shead called for reports and Paterson will be sentenced on December 6.
