WITH Hallowe'en around the corner a local scout group is holding a major fundraiser in connection with this mystical day.
And it is all geared to raising money to aid the upgrade of their scout hall.
The 4th Fife Scouts, in Cardenden, would like to invite people to attend their Halloween Spooktacular Fundraising Day on Saturday October 28 at noon.
Said the 4th's treasurer Rosemary Wallace: "This event is being held to help us raise funds to maintain and upgrade the Scout Hall.
"We held a very successful Community Day last year which raised over £900 and we hope to raise even more this year so that we can begin our upgrade in 2018".
Rosemary added that there was an excellent turn out of people last year at the event and she hopes that even more will go along and enjoy a spooky afternoon!
She added: "We are looking forward to meeting everyone on Saturday and we are sure it will be a Spooktacular event."
