THIS will be a big weekend at Lochore Meadows Country Park for cycling enthusiasts.

The Meedies Bike Jam will take place over Saturday and Sunday at the country park The club are delighted to announce the return of their very own cycling festival for 2015.

Meedies Bike that Jam is a community cycling event celebrating all that cycling has to offer.

This year they are pleased to announce that as part of the weekend festival wthey will be hosting the 4th round of the Scottish Cross Country mountain bike series.

The two day festival will have something for all the family, with Saturday featuring stalls attractions and displays whilst sunday will be a Jam packed day of mountain bike racing. Said Andy McGrath of the Meedies Bike Club, “Come along for a fun packed day of a things cycling. There will be something for all the family.

“Try your hand at cycle speedway or for the more brave launch yourself into the air to try some tricks on the stunt airbag or practice some bike handling skills on our timber skills loop.

“For the wee ones there will be balance bikes to try and you can make your own pedal powered smoothies courtesy of Peachy Keen. Other activities on the day will include guided rides and a chance to try some all ability bikes including side by sides and trikes courtesy of the outdoor education centre”.

A must for the cycling enthusiast.
