A BALLINGRY man has appeared in Court and admitted having sexual intercourse with an underage girl.
Dale Robertson, 19, of Ballingry Road, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on three occasions between September 12 and 30, 2015 at Lochore Meadows Country Park, and in Ballingry, he engaged in sexual activity with a girl who was under 16 at the time.
Sheriff Simon Collins called for reports and Robertson will be sentenced on April 18.
